  • Agile Coaching: Serve as a coach to the development teams, ensuring that Agile methodologies are properly understood and followed. Help the team to self-organize and improve their workflows.
  • Remove Impediments: Act as a servant leader, proactively identifying and removing blockers that are preventing the teams from achieving their sprint goals.
  • Improve Team Dynamics: Encourage open communication and collaboration within and across the teams. Support the teams in improving its productivity and quality of output.
